Aluminium TIG welder — Lucas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Lucas County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety The role involves: • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
