Reinforcement steel fixer wanted in Cameron County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Cameron County, Texas. You will be based at a rebar fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
