Urgent requirement: kitchen cook (New Mexico)

Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
