We are recruiting: we are hiring a press setter operator in Kent County, Maryland. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Day-to-day duties: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed Six days a week, one day off.
