Now hiring: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Reynolds County, Missouri. You will read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop 1+ years on the tools preferred.
