Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Shawano County, Wisconsin. You will work in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
