Cnc production machinist — Venango County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Venango County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a tool room. Your main tasks: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear You should have: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Overtime paid at a premium rate.
