Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Yamhill County, Oregon. You will work at a banquet hall. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies.
