Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
