We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Yuma County, Colorado. On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
