Immediate opening: gas metal arc welder (California)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Inyo County, California. The role involves weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding. Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
