Now hiring: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Menominee County, Wisconsin. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron You will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $11,500 per project plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
