Restoration bricklayer • North Somerset, England

Vacancy available: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in North Somerset, England. The job is at a groundworks and structures site. On the job you will handle: • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings Requirements: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Part-time with flexible hours.
