Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
