Great opportunity: we are hiring a spray painter in Waseca County, Minnesota. The job is at a property maintenance company. Day-to-day duties: • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer Requirements: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Own brushes and basic hand tools At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
