Day to day you will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Full-time, day shift.
