Food and beverage server — Vernon Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a coffee shop. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages You will clear and reset tables between covers; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $240 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
