Insulation worker • Montgomery County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an insulation worker in Montgomery County, Virginia. The job is on a high-rise façade. You will carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Full-time, day shift.
