Event security steward • Otsego County, New York

We are recruiting: we are hiring an event security steward in Otsego County, New York. The job is in a CCTV control room. What we are looking for: • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Ex-servicemen preferred On the job you will handle: • Check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds • Man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover • Write up incident reports after any disturbance • Respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
