Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Pasquotank County, North Carolina. Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
