Powder coating technician — Zangon Kataf

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Zangon Kataf, Kaduna State. Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around ₦110,000 per month, based on your experience.
