Join our team: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Sonoma County, California. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. The role involves check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
