Mobile tyre fitter — Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mobile tyre fitter in Washington County, Illinois. The job is at a busy tyre bay. Ideal candidate: • Awareness of workshop health and safety • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Punctual and willing to work weekends On the job you will handle: • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
