Mason's helper • Clermont County, Ohio

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mason's helper in Clermont County, Ohio. You will be based on a road and bridge project. On the job you will handle: • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns You should have: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Rotating shifts.
