Oven operator wanted in Seneca County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Seneca County, New York. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
