We are recruiting: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Wichita County, Kansas. You will be based in lofts and crawl spaces. You will measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
