Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled.
