Tile roofer — Hopkins County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tile roofer in Hopkins County, Kentucky. The job is at a sheet metal roofing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck You should have: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
