Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
