Waiter • Los Alamos County, New Mexico

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waiter in Los Alamos County, New Mexico. The job is in a quick-service restaurant. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Meals and transport allowance provided.
