Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Taylor County, West Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
