Concrete placer — City of Williamsburg

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete placer in City of Williamsburg, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins Requirements: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience.
