Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day to day you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; check back during the meal and handle special requests. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
