GMAW welder — Allen County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Allen County, Indiana. You will be based at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. Day to day you will weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
