Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Faulk County, South Dakota. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Full-time with occasional weekends.
