Immediate opening: materials handling operator (Tennessee)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a materials handling operator in Hardin County, Tennessee. You will be based at a busy distribution centre. The role involves load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers; read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit; operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles; carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics; keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit; sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris. You should have: • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
