Urgent requirement: waiter (Mississippi)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Wayne County, Mississippi. Day to day you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
