Confectioner — Clark County

Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Clark County, Indiana. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
