Your main tasks: • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Sand and fill walls before applying primer You should have: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
