We are recruiting: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa. The job is in a café. What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform The role involves: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table 3+ years on the tools preferred.
