Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
