Day-to-day duties: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work Performance bonus on top of base pay.
