Powder coating sprayer • Ona Ara, Oyo State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Ona Ara, Oyo State. You will work on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
