Tree and shrub pruner wanted in Fergus County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Fergus County, Montana. You will work in a public park. Your main tasks: • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease Requirements: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
