Heavy goods vehicle driver — Milwaukee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a logistics warehouse. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock What we are looking for: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips Part-time with flexible hours.
