Incoming goods inspector • East Lothian, Scotland

Vacancy available: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in East Lothian, Scotland. You will work in an electronics assembly workshop. You will raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting. Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Six days a week, one day off.
