Now hiring: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Roscommon County, Michigan. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. What we are looking for: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Your main tasks: • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins We offer $230 per day plus benefits.
