Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules On a typical shift you will install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift.
