Gas meter installer — Girei

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Girei, Adamawa State. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders The role involves: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦7,000 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
