Steward wanted in City of Baltimore

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in City of Baltimore, Maryland. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
